Rental Rates
We are ready to host your wedding, banquet or other event at the Winsloe Lions Hall. The Lions Hall is a spacious accessible building with 2 wheelchair accessible entrances, a lift to the main hall, and a dedicated wheelchair accessible bathroom. The Lions are a community service club. All proceeds from events are returned to local groups such as schools, the QEH, youth groups, national charities and people in need.
Hall Rental
Get access to our spacious hall for the entire day, complete with tables, chairs, and everything you need for your event setup. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, or meeting, our hall provides the perfect space for your gathering.
Rates:
$75 + tax — First 2 hours
$50 + tax — Each additional hour
$200 + tax — Full day rental
Enjoy all the benefits of our hall rental plus access to a fully operational bar. Our bartenders will serve your guests, and you can even request specific alcohol to suit your preferences. Security is included, ensuring a safe and smooth event, making this package ideal for celebrations or corporate gatherings.

Standard hall rental rates apply plus:
$20 + tax — Bartender fee
$25 + tax — Security fee* (required for certain events)
*Security requirements are determined based on event type and PEI liquor regulations. They are not optional.
Hall + Bar Rental
Catered Event
Host a hassle-free event with our catering service, charged per plate. There’s no additional fee for the hall rental, allowing you to focus on your guests while we handle the food. If you’d like the bar open, an additional fee applies, and you can customize drink options to match your event’s style.
Rates:
$30 + tax per adult plate
$15 + tax per child (12 and under)
Bar Service with Catering:
Bartender and security fees apply when required.
Decorating / Cleanup
Use of the hall the day before an event for decorating or the day after for cleanup is charged at the full day rate: $200 + tax per day.

Catering
We are ready to cater your wedding, banquet, or other event at the Winsloe Lions Hall. Our catering is prepared in-house by dedicated volunteers in a well-equipped licensed modern kitchen, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We offer a variety of menu options to suit your needs and can accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.
All proceeds from catering are returned to local groups such as schools, the QEH, youth groups, national charities, and individuals in need.
The Winsloe Lions Hall accommodates up to 120 guests comfortably for sit-down meals. Bar services are also available with or without catering, and the Lions Club is the only organization licensed to serve alcohol in the Hall.

Our hall is available for a wide range of events, including birthdays, showers, celebrations of life, benefits, meetings, fundraisers, weddings, and similar gatherings. If you’re unsure whether your event is a good fit, feel free to reach out.

Booking as far in advance as possible is recommended. While we can accommodate shorter notice when availability allows, final payment and guest numbers (for catering) are required one week prior to the event.

A deposit is not always required. For events booked far in advance, or for catered events, a deposit may be requested to hold the date. Any required deposit will be discussed at the time of booking.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the event.

Light kitchen access (fridge and counter space only)
Microphone setup (if needed)
Podium (if needed)
Please note: ovens and stovetops are not available for use.

For catered meals, we recommend no more than 120 guests for comfort and service flow. 130 is the maximum capacity as per fire regulations.

Outside alcohol is not permitted. If alcohol is desired for your event, a booked bar through the Lions Club is required.

Yes, decorating is allowed with the following guidelines:
No nails or tape on walls,
Confetti or glitter must be fully swept and cleaned by the renter before leaving.

Renters are responsible for setup and cleanup, including tables and chairs.
Cleanup must be completed at the end of the event, unless prior arrangements are made for next-day cleanup at an additional cost.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the hall. They are allowed outside only.

The hall includes:
Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Accessible washroom
The downstairs area is not accessible; however, it is not part of the rental space.
