STAY OFF RINK! ❄️ Allow us time to clear the snow! ❄️

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Please stay off the ice until it’s fully cleared by volunteers after a heavy snowfall. Partially clearing the rink leaves pucks buried in snow, which breaks our snowblower.

ALWAYS RETRIEVE YOUR PUCKS (We recently found 8 pucks left on the ice.) This is a free community rink, but it costs money to maintain. Help us help you: no pucks left behind. Leave it better than you found it.

Thank you 💙

The Winsloe Lions Memorial Rink is a multi-purpose space for winter and summer activities. Construction of the rink started in July 2023, and it officially opened on January 7, 2024, in memory of past Winsloe Lions Club members who served the community.

In winter, the rink becomes a beautiful ice skating area for residents to skate and play hockey, with daily ice maintenance for safety and a small heated dressing room on site to keep you warm as you lace up your skates. In summer, it shifts to support ball hockey and other sports.

Open daily from 8 AM to 11 PM, the rink is funded by the North Shore Chase the Ace lottery. This project not only offers recreation but also promotes community spirit and remembrance in Winsloe.
