Please stay off the ice until it’s fully cleared by volunteers.
Partially clearing the rink leaves pucks buried in snow, which breaks our snowblower.
🏒 ALWAYS RETRIEVE YOUR PUCKS! (We recently found 8 pucks left on the ice.)
This is a free community rink, but it costs money to maintain.
More snow is coming — we’ll clear it as fast as we can.
Help us help you: no pucks left behind. Leave it better than you found it.
Thank you 💙

This Christmas season, our Lions members have been out and about spreading holiday cheer throughout the community.
Over the last few days, we were honoured to deliver donations to organizations whose work supports Islanders in so many important ways — especially during the holiday season.
This month, we are proud to support Gifts From The Heart Inc.
Gifts From the Heart provides essential help to individuals and families who need support—offering food, clothing, household items, and a welcoming space built on dignity and compassion. Their volunteers work tirelessly to lift up community members facing hardship, and their impact is felt every single day.
As we move into the colder months, the need in our community only grows. We’re grateful to support an organization that shows so much heart and care to those who need it most.
We’re kicking off the season with a gorgeous prize basket worth over $350 — packed with treats, cozy goodies, and gift cards to help make your holidays extra bright!
What’s inside:
Gift cards, gourmet jams, chocolates, kitchen essentials, a holiday candle, a cozy throw, a Christmas puzzle, a cheese board set, and so much more…
This month, the Winsloe Lions Club was proud to support S.A.F.E. (Sober and Friendly Environment) in Charlottetown. 🦁
S.A.F.E. provides a welcoming, alcohol- and substance-free space where adults can connect, socialize, and build community while maintaining or working toward sobriety. They offer activities like games, crafts, and social events — creating a fun, supportive environment without the pressures of drinking.
We’re grateful for the work S.A.F.E. does to support wellness, inclusion, and recovery right here on PEI. 💛

Tremploy provides training and employment opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities, fostering independence, skill development, and community connection. We are honored to support their efforts in building brighter futures here on Prince Edward Island.
For our August donation, the Winsloe Lions are proud to support Lennon Recovery House by sponsoring two new windows .
A brighter space helps create a brighter future, and we’re grateful to play a small part in the incredible work they do for our community.
